Click at the top right: the same data, two views.

The view above shows a single customer, your technicians’ workspace. We show you the cockpit across all customers in the call.

What you offer with it

From new customer to monthly report.

SimpleSec takes over the work that is the same for every customer: discover, prioritise, explain.

The inventory builds on the first scan.

The appliance finds every reachable device on the customer network, including the devices that appear on no list. No agents, no typing up: vendor, address and open services appear in the inventory. The inventory updates itself with every scan.

One cockpit, separated customers.

You see every customer with its status and switch without a new login. Each customer sees only itself. Contract, scan plan and assignee are visible to you alone.

The report you hand over.

One page of plain language with a traffic light, every month, written for your customer’s management. The report carries your logo next to SimpleSec. You hand it over instead of writing it.

How onboarding works

A new customer in three steps.

Connect the appliance

Your technician places the appliance in the customer's network and releases the scan ranges.

The first scan runs

The appliance scans externally and internally. Every reachable device enters the inventory.

Inventory and report are ready

The cockpit shows the customer's network: inventory, prioritised findings, the first report. That is what you take to your customer.

FAQ

What partners want to know first.

Is SimpleSec multi-tenant?

Yes. Each customer is its own tenant with its own users and its own data. Only you and your team see the cockpit across all customers.

Do we have to roll out agents at our customers?

No. The appliance scans over the network and needs no software on the devices. A device appears in the inventory as soon as it is reachable on the network.

Where does our customers' scan data live?

The appliance scans inside the customer’s network and transfers the results into the cockpit. So you see all customers in one place. The cockpit runs on servers in Germany. The privacy statement lists the data flows.

Does SimpleSec sell past us to our customers?

No. In the partner model you hold the contract with your customer and invoice the service.

Does our team need its own security analyst?

No. SimpleSec prioritises the findings and delivers instructions with an effort estimate for each one. Your technicians work through the list.

Does SimpleSec help with customers covered by NIS2?

The monthly report documents risks and measures in the language of management. Since December 2025, management must approve and supervise such measures itself (Section 38 BSIG).

Does SimpleSec replace a SOC?

No. SimpleSec scans, prioritises and explains. It does not monitor around the clock and takes no on-call duty. That remains your service.

Whose name is on the report?

Both: your logo stands next to the SimpleSec logo. You hand the report over as part of your service.

Can we test SimpleSec ourselves first?

Yes. You place the appliance in your own network and compare the inventory with your own records. Then you decide.
